String Quilt Block #1

Well yesterday I went to Joann Fabrics to get the materials I needed to make those tortilla warmers.
I did make one, did not like the way it turned out.
So this morning I changed directions and decided to try my hands at string quilting. I love this concept-string quilting. So this is my first block that I've completed this morning. Now back to the sewing room. Gotta make more blocks.
